SHIPPING POLICY

For addresses within the UK on our standard delivery plan, we aim to deliver your items within 3 - 5 working days from when your payment details are authorized. The only exception to this is for items that come direct from the supplier, which may take longer as they will be delivered according to their delivery timelines.

These items will be labelled as Direct Despatch items at the point of purchase and will take no longer than 14 working days to be delivered. Delivery to addresses outside the UK (when available), including Eire and mainland Europe, will typically take 7 - 10 working days.

Please note: if your order is made up of a combination of items they may be delivered separately at different times, however, they will all arrive before the timescale advised at point of order.

Returns Policy

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by Majestic Academy.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

3. Electric devices warranty and return

As part of our commitment to providing you with the best service possible, we have implemented a streamlined warranty claim process to ensure your satisfaction. If your electric item(dust collector, led lamp, electric file) experiences any issues during the warranty period, please follow these steps for prompt assistance:

Video Documentation: Kindly record a short video clearly demonstrating the problem with your (nail dust collector,electric file or led lamp. Ensure that the issue is clearly visible and comprehensible in the footage.

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team info@majesticacademy.uk  to initiate your warranty claim. Please include the following details:

Your full name, Order number or proof of purchase, Description of the issue, Attach the video documenting the problem.

Return Instructions: Upon verification of your warranty claim, our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the malfunctioning nail dust collector to our address. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Replacement Process: Once we receive the defective item, our team will promptly assess the issue. If the product is deemed eligible for warranty coverage, we will expedite the process of sending you a brand-new replacement unit at no additional cost.

We are committed to resolving your concerns efficiently and ensuring that you can continue to enjoy the benefits of our products with confidence. If you have any questions or require further assistance at any stage of the warranty claim process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

4. Other types of services cannot be returned for a refund, for example where the service begins as soon as you make the payment (e.g. a downloadable software product) or a gift card or gift wrapping service

5. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can change your mind about a purchase you have made within 14 days after the date of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods or services you wish to return. To return your product, you should mail to Oxgate Lane Oxgate House studio 237F Entrance B3 NW2 7FT. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work correctly, or you think the product was not as described, please contact us first before requesting a refund. We may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

7. Where you would like to return a physical product you have purchased, please contact us on info@majesticacademy.uk to let us know that you will be returning the item. To obtain a refund for a non-physical product (like a service), please contact us for further information about how this can be done.

8. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

9. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received. If not, then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take longer to credit your account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@majesticacademy.uk.

10. Items purchased with a discount voucher are eligible for a refund to the amount that is paid for them, not the amount the items were listed.

11. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If you are in any doubt, please contact us before making the purchase.
