As one of the leaders in our industry our aim is to lead by example & set a standard for others to follow. We want to keep you & our employees & their families safe. We really want you to feel safe, relaxed & to enjoy your treatment.
Following the Government update on the 30th of November 2021 it is now mandatory to wear a face covering (mask) in shops, this includes beauty & nail salons. We thank you for your support and co-operation in this.
If you have had a Covid-19 vaccination or booster in the 2 weeks prior to your treatment or have had Covid-19 since your last treatment or patch test you will need an allergy patch test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your treatment. All customers will be required to wash & sanitize their hands before any treatments are performed

Limited number of appointments – to maintain social distancing between workstations
Personal Protective Equipment used by therapists for performing treatments
Customers will be required to wear face coverings for close contact treatments we apologise for any inconvenience
Enhanced hygiene protocols & procedures for all our treatments & procedures.
Once you have washed your hands you will be asked not to eat, drink or touch your personal items including your mobile phone.
When you come for your appointment
Please try to arrive on time & no more than 5 minutes ahead of your appointment time as we no longer have a facility for waiting – if you are early give us a quick call & we will see if we can fit you in earlier.
Please attend your appointment alone.
Please wear a mask covering your nose & mouth at all times in the salon ( if you forget yours we do a limited numbers available for purchase- currently priced at £1.50 each). * Please refer to latest update 30.11.2021 below.
You will be asked to sanitize & then wash your hands before you touch anything in the salon. Once you have done this, we kindly ask that you do not use your mobile phone or device & keep it in your handbag or pocket. Do not go into your handbag or touch personal possessions until the end of your treatment.
Please do not eat in the salon or drink once you have washed your hands.
No kids no pets
